IT Speaking supplies only the finest microphones and speech recognition products. If a product does not meet or exceed our benchmark standards, we do not offer it.

Making A Purchase
Browse our web pages and place your order. If you need more information
contact us by email or telephone.
We accept official company orders and cheques with order.
No item is charged for until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not
charged until they are shipped.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. If you are entitled to VAT remission because of a disability please contact us.
Delivery Schedule
We attempt to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If the item is in stock we will normally send it to you in 2 working business days.
Back Orders
If the item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Some items are hand-built and there may be a delay of a week or so before delivery. You will always be informed by e-mail with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Payment and Price
IT Speaking reserves the right to alter the quoted price of items in accordance with market conditions at the date of actual supply. Invoices are due for payment on the date shown on the invoice. Goods remain the property of IT Speaking until paid for in full.
Shipping and Handling
All purchases are subject to a Carriage charge including VAT. Most items are sent by City Link courier or Post Office Special Delivery and will require a signature on delivery.
Guarantee and Returns Policy
All items purchased carry individual guarantees. Most hardware items include
a 1-year 'return-to-base' warranty if they are found to be defective. The
warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or incorrect
installation.
Software cannot be returned unless unopened and returned to IT Speaking Ltd
in its original packaging. Specific 'terms and conditions' relating to the
warranty of an item you wish to purchase can be obtained from IT Speaking
Ltd (by e-mail, fax or phone).
Prior agreement from IT Speaking is required before any non-defective items
are returned. The client is responsible for all costs of returning products
and in addition may be required to pay IT Speaking a restocking fee of 15%
of the price of the returned item. All reasonable care must be taken to ensure
the goods, in their original packaging, are not damaged in the meantime or
in transit.
Copyright
In so far as any copyright or other intellectual property rights in any software are vested in IT Speaking, we grant the client a non exclusive non-transferable licence to use, for its own use only, software - upon the payment of such licence fee and maintenance charges as are applicable from time to time. Copyright in any such software or in any associated documentation shall not pass to the client.
Training
Where training has been ordered the invoice will be raised on the date of
the training (or the date when the training was agreed had it not been cancelled)
and is payable within 15 days of the date of the invoice.
When an order for training has been accepted and a date agreed, cancellation
or postponement of the appointment will normally be subject to the following
charges:
i. More than 3 working days before training date - no charge.
ii. Less than 3 working days before training date - 25% of training fee charged.
iii. Same day - Training fee charged in full.
Privacy Policy
IT Speaking Ltd does not disclose client information to third parties. Personal
information that you submit is kept in the strictest confidence. We treat
you as we wish to be treated.
IT Speaking would like to notify you of products and offers that may be of
interest. If you wish to be notified from time to time please inform us.
