Training

Our aim is to allow you to use Speech or Office applications as effectively and efficiently as possible. In this way you can ultimately save yourself time and money. Because time spent in training is time spent from your business we tailor our training to your specific needs, concentrating on the aspects most relevant to you.

Training will be given in your premises, either to individuals or as a small group (maximum of 3 for speech software).

All our training is given by Dragon Certified Instructors who have considerable experience in training both Speech Recognition and Microsoft® products. Trainers have not only been chosen for their technical knowledge but also for their teaching abilities.

In addition to training for individuals we also offer:

• Training the Trainer Courses
• Technical Support Staff Training

Included with all training are:

• All materials including Manuals where appropriate, specifically written by IT Speaking.
• Twelve months post-training email/telephone support.
